SINTO BRASIL PRODUTOS LIMITADA, controlled by Sintokogio Ltd., Japan, world company leader in Equipment, Engineering and complete Systems of Foundry, with recognized know-how, in the “SEIATSU” molding process for blow and squeeze, is dedicated, also in Brazil where it has acted since 1973, to the technological development of machines and equipment for foundry, besides other segments. Continually searching, and using all its technical knowledge and know-how, SINTO became, today, the largest and more reliable foundry equipment manufacturer in the world.
Allying innovative projects to a foundry advanced technology, SINTO expanded quickly, meeting the more different needs of the foundry sector. One of its main goals is to meet the foundry segment current demand, to anticipate to the processing industry future needs of materials and to contribute with the progress of this important industrial sector.
Its philosophy is directed to the high quality, innovative products, and manufacture and services standards excellence. The world net of engineering and services of the SINTO Group, to which the Brazilian subsidiary is linked, enables the project and execution of almost all combination of foundry equipment, inclusive integrated systems. With focus on the automated systems that reduce the labor involved, mainly in more aggressive areas, the SINTO equipment enable the reduction of quality oscillations and variations, as well as the industry productivity improvement.
The history of castings in the world is linked to the history of humanity's evolution. The first casted part that has a record is one bell, casted in the ancient China more than 5000 years ago.
The foundry is the base industry about which the others industries were built. Great part of the components and pieces of an equipment continues to be built, currently, mostly of castings, in their more different variations and combinations of alloys and materials available today, for all kind applications.
SINTO projects new foundries based on the Foundry Total Engineering concept, that consists of three basic ideas: High quality of castings, low cost and improvement in the working environment. Using molding machines that give great precision to the manufactured parts, the SINTO customers manage to produce castings with minimum weight variation and extremely low index of defects.
Another very important aspect of the foundries project has been the cost. SINTO works to reduce in several points, such as the energy reduction and reduction of production time and volume of the material utilized. SINTO projects also offer a significant improvement in the working environment, improving the reliability and the characteristics of equipment safety, simplifying its operation and reducing the noise level and the air pollution.
