The SINTO flaskless molding machines offer the best solution for several problems and existing needs in the molds production for foundry, meeting the higher quality and demanding standards.
In the flaskless molding technique in green sand, the flask used in the mold preparation makes part of the own molding machine. Thus, the individual flask for each mold becomes unnecessary, making this type of equipment very economic.
In this kind of flaskless molding the sand is separated in the molding chamber and, so, receives the airflow and then it is squeezed. The superior and inferior sections of the flask are separated, the pattern plate is removed and these two sections are again put together. To follow, the mold is stripped from the internal flask and put in the transportation line for the pouring process.
The SINTO flaskless molding machines are characterized by two basic types: Top and Bottom Blow (FBM Series) and Top Blow (FBO Series).
The top and bottom blow system accepts mold plates with complex patterns, very defined profiles and profound cavities, once the sand is blown in right angle in direction to the parting surface, allowing a wider utilization of the pattern plate surface and a more free arrangement of the pattern.
On the other hand, the top blow system has as its highlight the operation easiness and a compact design, very interesting attractiveness for potential customers in search of simple and immediate improvements for their foundries.
The application of these new blow mechanisms enables to the machines the use of a wider range of molding sand properties. |
