THE SURVEYABLE LINE

All operating steps for the production of the molds are running off in an easy surveyable line:

The shake-out of the cooled molds, the separating and cleaning of the molding flasks, the production of the new molds as well as the core-setting and the covering.

So, all steps from taking-off the poured molds from the pallet mold conveyor to the replacing of the new ready-to-pour molds onto the pallet mold conveyor.

For simultaneous collection of the shake-out and spill sand only one returned sand belt conveyor is necessary, and for this only one returned sand channel under the molding line.
The foundation costs are low as all parts of the plant are arranged on floor-level in an easily accessible way.

The shocks are reduced.

The standard molding plant has only a small area and space requirement. This is principally defined by the space required for cooling of the poured molds.
