FUNCTIONING

STANDARD MOLDING PLANT

THE POWER STATION

A central hydraulic station supplies the hydraulic cylinders and motors with compressed oil.
It is delivered completely ready for connection and installed in a separate room..

Its components: large, divided oil tank with heating, submerged pumps, regulation and controlling units, oil filter, oil cooler and, if required, a storage station.

THE FREE-PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL

The control of all molding plants is the latest state of technics: free-programmable according to the given capacity data of the foundry and the production sequences of the molding plant resulting therefrom.

The electronics can be completed by a plant control system which supervises and records all functions of the plant.

THE PERFECT SYSTEM

THE PERSUADING ARGUMENTS

- Good supervising possibility: All working phases are running in a well surveyable line.

- Small floor and space requirement: The standard molding plant requires scarcely more area than is necessary for the cooling-time-dependent amount of the cast molds in the cooling area.

- Low foundation costs: All plant parts are mounted above floor-level – easily accessible.

- Only one shake-put sand conveying belt for simultaneous reception of the shake-out and the spill sand, thereby only one shake-out sand channel under the molding line.
