The MC-BRS mold cooler is composed of: carrier, cloister jacket, molds cooling chamber and molds elevator.
The SINTO Brazil mold cooler is indicated for al size foundries, since small family foundries until the biggest of the market. Being a modular system it perfectly attends the needs of customer projects.
It can be integrated to the molding, pouring and shake-out lines already existing or projected jointly with the new lines.
It moves the cars, with controlled speed and times, from the pouring line until the shake-out, where the part arrives with the ideal temperature for this process stage, with or without thermal insulation.

The total length of the line L depends on the available space in the foundry and of the necessary time for the part cooling. If the space is not enough, it is possible to work with up to three levels and two or more lines, always keeping the part ideal temperature for the shakepout. The molds elevation for the superior levels is made by an optional molds elevator. (figure 2).
